Mathew has 45 years of experience in the grocery industry. He has led operational planning in all facets of the enterprise, growing business from $1.5 BL to $5.2 BL. Since 2011 Mathew is founder and leader of Pacific Rim Advisory Group. He has exceptional leadership, communication, and collaborative skills across many industries at all levels of the organization. Business Strategy, Leadership Succession and Family Business Advisory are his core and proven talents.
Sean Carroll CEO
Sean has significant start-up and entrepreneurial experience. His expertise includes successfully starting, investing in, merging and managing a variety of businesses. In addition, he has managed successful divestitures and multiple startups. His responsibilities include strategic planning, organizational design and development, and operational excellence in all facets of the business: team leadership, client service, project estimates, project management, field and shop operations, finance, PR, government affairs and community relations.
Sean serves on Executive Committee for Opportunity Stanislaus and is past president of Presidents Club of Stanislaus. Sean serves as a trusted family business advisor assisting clients with understanding business and family estate succession requirements, family business organization and development, effective utilization of outside counsel, building a management team attracting and empowering non-family members as key management team members. He helps family business management teams to balance entrepreneurial desires with practical focus on the core perspective of investment, risk and reward.
